  • CREDIT AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS

    This agreement is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

  • PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

  • 1. KEY FINANCIAL DETAILS

    Course Name: Level 1 Award in Website Design
    Total Course Fee: £750.00
    Payment Structure:
    First Installment (60%): £450.00 payable immediately.
    Second Installment (20%): £150.00 payable on or before 27/05/2025.
    Third Installment (20%): £150.00 payable on or before 27/06/2025.
    Total Amount Payable: £750.00
    Interest: 0% (This is an interest-free agreement).
    Charges: No additional fees or charges apply unless stated otherwise.

  • 2. PAYMENT TERMS

    The debtor agrees to pay the installments on the specified due dates.

    Payments must be made via My LITC portal, card payment, or bank transfer.

    A 7-day grace period applies after the due date for any missed payments.

    Failure to pay within the grace period will result in restricted access to My LITC and a formal reminder of payment obligations.

  • 3. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PAYMENT

    If any installment remains unpaid after the grace period:

    Access to the course materials via My LITC will be blocked.

    The creditor reserves the right to seek recovery of outstanding fees.

    The debt may be referred to a third-party collection agency or legal recovery, which may incur additional charges.

    Completion certificates and letters of recommendation will not be issued until all outstanding fees are paid.

  • 4. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

    Under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the date you sign it. To exercise this right, notify LITC in writing at [Insert LITC Contact Address/Email].

  • 5. CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you decide to withdraw from the course after the initial 14-day period:

    Payments already made are non-refundable.

    Any unpaid installments remain due unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • 6. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

    This agreement complies with the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and does not affect your statutory rights. If you require further clarification, you are encouraged to seek independent legal advice.

  • 7. DECLARATION

    I confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this credit agreement. I agree to repay the course fee in installments as specified above.
